So easy!!!
1 cup of nuts ( almonds most popular)
3 cups of filtered water
2 dates ( medjool)
a pinch of agave nectar to taste ( if you want)
whip that up in a blender and run it through a nut milk bag ( for sale on this site)
much better for you than dairy anyways…..you can use any nuts or seeds
( soak them first , the seeds that is) and enjoy with just sliced banana and strawberries… great snack ( do I have to think of everything???)
